Hello beta.. sorry for the late reply. There were some changes made to the website on the same day when you posted this message and your message got buried because of that. Our forum has been retired and has been turned into a place to solve QA/VARC/LRDI doubts now. We are moving guidance and mentoring related questions to Huddle, and a new section called Hub which will be live tomorrow.
Now, coming to your question -
See, kiddo.. your score of 80 percentile does not tell me anything about you. Let me give you a real life example -
Last to last year, I had two students, one of whom scored 98+ percentile in more than 30 mocks and never fell below 90 in any mock, but on the exam day he fumbled in pressure and ended up scoring 81.
The other student never scored more than 70 in any mock the whole year. His score always varied between 50 and 70, but on the exam day, simply because he was fearless, he ended up scoring 83.
Now, even though the second student scored more than the first, if you ask me, as a teacher I will say - the first student is much better prepared and much more ready to crack CAT again. He can do it in 2 months, the second student can not. He needs 6 months to cross 90.
So.. I don't know which of the two are you. I don't know if that 80 was an underperformance and if you can actually score 95+ in just 3 months with 4 hrs/day, or if that 80 was an over-performance and you might need 6 months to fully prepare for CAT.
You will have to give me much more than just your CAT score for me to be able to guide you.
