These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CATLab (the "Platform"), operated by The Logic Circle. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use CATLab.

1. Eligibility

CATLab is intended for CAT and management-entrance aspirants. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account. One account is intended per person. Sharing accounts, or creating multiple accounts to abuse trials, referrals, or pricing, is not permitted. Keep your login credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute CATLab's questions, solutions, or content;
• share your account or premium access with others;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform;
• abuse the referral, trial, or coupon systems; or
• post unlawful, abusive, or infringing material in community areas such as the forum.

4. Payments

Paid plans and their prices are shown on the Platform. Payments are processed by our third-party payment gateway. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All questions, solutions, articles, and other materials on CATLab are owned by The Logic Circle or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial preparation only. Content you post in community areas remains yours, but you grant CATLab a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store, and moderate it on the Platform.

6. Disclaimers

CATLab is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for practice purposes. We do not guarantee any particular exam score, percentile, or admission outcome. While we work to keep content accurate, we do not warrant that it is free of errors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Logic Circle's total liability arising out of or relating to your use of CATLab is limited to the total fees you paid to CATLab in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Platform. Certain provisions (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive termination.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page, and your continued use of CATLab after that constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
