Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when CATLab does and does not issue refunds. By making a payment on CATLab you agree to the terms below. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

Free trial

CATLab offers a 7-day free trial. A small token charge may be applied at trial start to validate your payment method and is automatically refunded. No further charge applies during the trial. You may cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

Monthly subscription (₹199/month)

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges, and you retain premium access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Season pass (₹2,499)

The season pass is a one-time purchase valid until 31 December 2026. No refunds are issued after purchase.

Account deletion

Deleting your account permanently erases your data. Deletion does not trigger a refund of any paid subscription, regardless of remaining days. By deleting your account you acknowledge and accept forfeiture of any prepaid premium access.

Chargebacks

We contest chargebacks that conflict with this policy, using the consent and deletion records you acknowledged at the time of cancellation or deletion.

Platform-failure refunds

In the rare case of a demonstrable platform failure — for example, you were charged but never received access — please contact us via our Support page within 14 days for a review. Approved refunds are made at CATLab's discretion.
